What can happen when you get clear on your message
My client, Gina, had been writing online for a while, but she was starting to wonder what her focus was. What was the deeper purpose of her writing? What was her message?
She wasn't sure exactly where she was going with her work, and this resulted in her feeling anxious and unsure about writing.
When Gina came to me for an oracle card reading I was so excited to help her.
I pulled three cards to represent her message, her audience, and her voice. When we explored her cards what came through was that Gina does something very special with her writing.
She gives voice to challenging experiences and emotions people don’t quite know how to describe for themselves.
So many times we experience hard things - sadness, fear, rage - and it can be difficult to actually describe to others what is going on deep inside of us. With Gina’s writing, she has the gorgeous ability to do this, and her audience gets to feel uniquely seen and understood when they read her words.
After she got clear on her message and purpose, Gina experienced a new level of clarity and confidence around her writing. She started writing more often, and she didn't shrink back from sharing the hard things.
She recently had a blog post go viral about her rage around the recent Texas Abortion Ban. This post reflects everything she and I had discovered about Gina’s writing. In it she gives voice to the depths of rage so many of us feel about this.
When I read her poem, I understood just what the cards had meant, because her blog post gave voice to emotions I hadn’t yet found words for myself, and this made me feel seen on a new level.
As a person who wants to inspire, help, and teach others with your writing it’s so important to remember you are doing something more with our blog than trying to get “likes” or sales.
With your words you can actively help people. You can inspire action, and you can encourage others.
Getting clear on your message can help you feel confident to share your authentic voice, so your audience can feel seen in ways they might not have ever felt seen before.
Because writing online is so meaningful for you, however, you can sometimes feel scared, vulnerable, and confused about what you should write next.
Like with Gina, an Oracle Clarity Session might be just the thing for you.
These session are designed to boost your confidence by helping you get clear on the impact your message can make on your audience.
I would love to do an Oracle Clarity Session with you, and if you’d love to join me for a session this winter, you can sign up here. These sessions are available for purchase until this Tuesday December 21.
It would be my pleasure to help you claim the gifts of your authentic voice, so you can bring your message into the world with confidence.
Xo,
Emma
