Say yes to magic
I'm sitting in my witch house in the back woods.
I am looking at the sun shining on the huckleberry leaves.
I'm drinking a cup of black tea, and I'm eating trail mix.
I'm feeling the energy of it all -- the bigness of everything happening in the world and in the U.S, the bigness of my own work, the bigness of the cedar trees and the blue sky.
I just sent a Confidence Booster Pack to a client, and my heart feels big and soft and squishy and open.
I am reminded that the gifts we bring to our people are the real deal. Our voices truly do help others.

I have a friend who reads my emails, and she and I were talking recently. She wondered if her voice could actually change lives, if she was really one of my people. She was in the throws of daily life and forgetting her magic.
It's so easy to forget, to get lost in the onslaught of all of it - the managing, the tending, the working, the fixing.
If you, like my friend, have lost access to your magic I have a suggestion. It's not hard to do, and it won't take long.
*
Try stopping. Just for a second. Stop fixing and managing, and breathe. As you breathe, say very nice things to yourself.
If you don't know what to say, you can use this script:
"Right now it's hard to remember that I am magic. That's ok. That's normal. However, even though it's hard to remember I'm magic, it doesn't mean I'm not. Underneath everything, my magic is here, and I will see it again. I will feel it again. It's ok if I have lost contact for a day, a week, or even a year...losing contact doesn't mean my magic is gone. I set my intention now to build the connection again. I say yes to connecting to magic."
Speak to yourself soothingly and with loving kindness. This alone can create the connection again.
AND, might I say that speaking to yourself with loving kindness is using your voice to change someone's day!!
You are someone who deserves the gift of your own voice.
xoxo,
Emma
P.S. Forward this letter to someone you know who has forgotten they're magic and who could use a tiny suggestion to help them remember again!
