✨ Meet Your Guide
I’m Emma Veritas — reader, writer, and mystic.
For the past twenty years I’ve been devoted to personal mystical practice—working with ritual, divination, and meditation for healing, guidance, and connection. My path began in my mid-twenties, when I learned Reiki and started a thriving healing community in my small town in New Hampshire. Since then, curiosity turned into a lifelong devotion.
I’ve studied shamanic journeying through the Foundation for Shamanic Studies, trained with Martha Beck as a life coach, became an endorsed Soul’s Calling Coach through Bev Barnes, and deepened my work through astrology, alchemical chocolate facilitation, and ritual training.
I’ve led others in mystical practices for the past twenty years as a reiki practitioner, life coach, and facilitator of many group programs. I write the newsletter, Mystics Reading Society, for seekers exploring spiritual growth through books and practice.
But beneath the trainings and the offerings, here is what matters most: for two decades I’ve lived these practices every day. They have been the cornerstones for how I heal from the past, guide my life’s path, and connect to heart and spirit.

Not at all. Each path begins with the basics and grows gently, step by step. You’ll receive clear guidance, simple practices, and encouragement to follow your own pace and intuition. All you need is curiosity and an open heart.

You can expect to spend about 1-2 hours per week, depending on your interest and depth of practice. Some weeks you might simply watch the video and try the meditation; other weeks you may want to go deeper into journaling or ritual. Everything is designed to be flexible and nourishing, never overwhelming.

We gather monthly inside our online community for Live Q&A (short live inspiration sessions) and monthly on Zoom for a Full Moon Community Gathering. All live events start at 12pm Eastern Time. All events are recorded, so you can watch the replays whenever it fits your schedule.
