In Enchanted, we go deep. We sometimes grieve, sometimes rage, and sometimes laugh. And we have fun the whole time, because this isn’t your run-of-the-mill coaching program. It is a series of six magical and transformational cacao rituals that will guide you through making a potent shift towards a more joyful and fulfilling life.

I’ve been working with Cacao as a plant spirit medicine since 2017, and through depth-work with her my life has transformed. I’ve grown and changed. I’ve healed old wounds. I’ve opened up innate gifts. My creativity has flowed. I’ve faced life’s challenges with deep support. My life has become more and more joyful.

The truth is that cacao is the secret sauce to my own enchanted life, and I would love nothing more than to share this magic with you.

I’ve been facilitating cacao rituals for clients since 2022. I’ve accompanied women through the joyful process of releasing relationships that no longer work, claiming vocations aligned to their truest self, creating depth and wonder in their spiritual life, and opening up their creative flow. All with the support of Cacao as the foundation of the transformative process.

Here’s what we’ll be doing together. An Enchanted Life is a series of six 90 minute cacao rituals, where you will:

  • Ritual 1: Name The Shift. Name the most potent shift you could make towards an enchanted life & plant the seed of your intention.

  • Ritual 2: Dissolve The Block. Identify the biggest block standing in your way & dissolve the block’s impact on your life.

  • Ritual 3: Claim The Gift. Identify the unique gift you bring to the table of your life & claim the confidence to own this wonderful part of who you are.

  • Ritual 4: Change The Story. Identify the story you tell yourself that holds you back & reprogram this story so you can experience more freedom in your life.

  • Ritual 5: Unlock the Path. Identify the most powerful next steps on your path & claim the confidence to move forward.

  • Ritual 6: Seal the Change. Integrate everything you’ve learned & seal your enchanted life into your being.

Cacao rituals are powerful and also so much fun, and the fun part is important, because I believe the process of creating an enchanted life should in and of itself be joyful. Here is the framework for the Enchanted Life Cacao Ritual that we’ll work through on each of our calls.

  • Step 1: Stir the Cauldron. We’ll settle into the ritual space by drinking a luscious cup of hot cacao and talking about the focus of that day’s ritual. This will be your sacred space to say aloud what really needs to be said.

  • Step 2: Receive guidance. I will pull a tarot spread for you based on the focus of that day’s ritual, and we will work together to unlock the guidance from the cards. This will be your sacred space to experience clarity.

  • Step 3: Receive healing. I’ll guide you through a shamanic journey with Cacao. This is a guided visualization experience for you to receive an energetic shift to support your path. This will be your sacred space to heal old wounds.

  • Step 4: Integrate the shift. We’ll work together to make meaning of what you discovered during the ritual and name the next steps for your enchanted life. This will be your sacred space to make lasting change.
